Coach tour of Vienna
Travelling on your coach, we drive along the famous Ring Boulevard where I will show you famous buildings such as the Opera House, the Imperial Palace, the famous museums, the Parliament Building and the City Hall. Afterwards we head to the Hundertwasser House and Belvedere Palace, where you have the chance to get out and have a closer view of the buildings. Next we head for the Prater Park where the famous Giant Ferris Wheel and the UN headquarters can be seen. This tour lasts 3 hours.
For smaller groups (up to 12 people) I highly recommend taking this tour (with minor modifications) via public transport – especially by tram. Groups with a maximum of 2-6 people can enjoy a VIP tour. I can organize this tour either using your car or a rental car, or in a minibus.
Combined tour: City tour (by coach and on foot) & visit to a Heuriger
For a full-day program, you can combine the coach tour with one of the walking tours. Likewise, I can organize a lovely evening at an original Austrian Heuriger – an old vineyard with good food, delicious wines, and traditional Viennese music.
Cycling through the heart of Vienna
The three-hour bike tour takes us to the majority of the most beautiful and loveliest places in Vienna. If you are in Vienna for a few days, a bike ride is ideal for obtaining a first impression of the city, its magnificent palaces and other buildings, and its history. We first ride along the Ring Road where you will see all the magnificent buildings which were constructed at the end of the 19th century over a period of only 40 years. Afterwards we head towards the city center where you see, for example, St. Stephen’s Cathedral and the medieval Jewish quarter. You will hear stories and tales about the places and buildings while we pass them. Of course, our tour also visits the Hundertwasser House and/or the Prater Park. In-between we take one or two short breaks to drink a coffee or possibly even for a piece of the famous Sacher cake or Apple Strüdel.
The bike tour can be taken on your own bicycles or on hired bicycles, if desired (about €20 per bike).
